Prices and tax
We are a British company and all prices shown are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). All our prices include VAT.
Credit card security
Credit card transactions through our website are handled securely on our behalf by PayPal, a well-respected payment processor — we never see your card details ourselves.
Privacy policy
No information collected during the course of a transaction will be passed on to third parties.
Damaged goods
We carefully package all our products prior to shipping. However in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we will replace it providing that you notify us by telephone or email within three days of delivery. Please follow the returns procedure outlined below.
Faulty components
In the event that a component is faulty, we will replace the faulty component and not the entire product. Please contact us by telephone (0161 973 7047, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) or email help@luxurybathroommirrors.com.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel an order of a standard-sized item within seven days of delivery for a full refund*. (Please note that this policy does not apply to made-to-measure items). The product must be unused, in its original packaging, complete with lamps and any other parts supplied. It must not have been tampered with or installed/fitted. You must take reasonable care of the item whilst it is in your possession. We reserve the right to refuse returns which do not meet these criteria. To cancel your order, please follow the returns procedure outlined below.
* We reserve the right to deduct transportation costs from the amount refunded.
Returns procedure
You must contact us in writing (by email or post) within the stated timescale. We will provide you with a product return number and our returns address. The product must be returned in the original packaging, with the return number clearly marked on the packaging — we cannot accept returns which are not clearly marked with a return number. You are responsible for the transport charges. We strongly suggest you use a reputable, tracked courier — if in doubt, contact us as we can arrange for a courier to collect from you.
Installation of products
We strongly recommend asking a qualified electrician to install our illuminated mirrors. Incorrect installation will invalidate any warranty. We cannot accept liability for any personal damages which might result from improper installation.
General terms
We reserve the right to amend designs without notice.
The placement of an order indicates the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights.
