Positioning a mirror

By locating mirrors in just the right places, you can really alter the feel of your bathroom.

Mirrors don't just reflect you. They reflect features on the wall behind, so are a great way of drawing attention to features in the room that you're especially keen on - a picture on the wall, or even a view out of the window (if your bathroom windows aren't frosted!)

Large mirrors often make a room feel bigger too. Positioning a mirror in the line of sight of the doorway can create the impression that you're entering quite a spacious room, even if your bathroom is rather small.

And because mirrors reflect light, a well-positioned mirror can make a room feel brighter. In a dark room, try placing mirrors in various positions relative to the window in order to maximise the light.
